During the warm summer months, a lot of these quaint village homes are open for public rental.
Each unit is furnished and provides dishes, kitchen tools, etc - all bed linens & towels are to be supplied
by the tenant.
Rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. One half of the rental fee is due when the lease is signed.
Second half is due two (2) weeks prior to arrival.
An occupancy deposit of $200.00 and a cleaning fee is required.
